These Terms of Service govern your use of Exploit-DB.ai (exploit-db.ai), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
Authorised Use Only
This site exists for defensive security work, research, and education. Vulnerability and exploit information is published so that defenders can find, prioritise, and fix exposure in systems they are responsible for. You agree to use it only against systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test.
You agree not to use anything found here to access, disrupt, or damage any system without authorisation. Unauthorised access is a crime in most jurisdictions, and nothing on this site is permission to commit one.
Accuracy and AI-Generated Scoring
Vulnerability records are aggregated from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. The risk, exploitability, and blast-radius scores on this site are generated by a model: they are informed inference, not verified fact, and they can be wrong in either direction — understating a critical issue or overstating a harmless one. Do not use a score on this site as the sole basis for a remediation decision. Always confirm against the vendor advisory and your own environment.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use automated scripts or bots to bulk-scrape the database
- Do not republish the database wholesale or present it as your own
- Do not use the site to distribute malware or to coordinate an attack
- Do not attempt to degrade the availability of the service
No Warranty
The site is provided as-is. Garnet Grid Consulting LLC makes no warranty that the information is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and no warranty that following it will secure any system.
Intellectual Property
Underlying CVE records are public information from their respective sources. The Exploit-DB.ai name, the scoring methodology, the written analysis, and the interface belong to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC.
Limitation of Liability
Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Exploit-DB.ai. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal dispute you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where you hold a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted at this URL with a revised effective date, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Garnet Grid Consulting LLC regarding Exploit-DB.ai.
